What if I can’t answer all of the questions about my medical conditions?
If you have a diagnosed condition but are unable to answer all of the questions about your medical condition, contact your GP/Consultant for advice. Once you have all the necessary information you can go ahead with getting your quote knowing you have answered all the medical questions correctly.
Please be aware of the following:
- You will only be able to complete the medical screening process if you have a diagnosed condition.
- We are unable to offer cover if you are undergoing tests or treatment for an as yet undiagnosed condition.
- Incorrect or incomplete declarations could invalidate your insurance and leave you liable for any medical costs incurred while abroad.
