If you’re having trouble paying online follow the steps below to resolve your issue:
1. Double check all personal and payment details.
2. Check you have selected the correct card type.
3. Check your payment card number is correct.
4. Make sure there are no spaces in your card number.
5. Check your start and expiry dates.
6. Make sure the security code is correct (the last 3 digits on the back of your card).
7. If you have used a Switch, Maestro or Solo card, make sure you have entered an issue number.
